Open Positions:

FPGA Hardware Engineer - Individual will work on design, architecture and verification of FPGA’s using Verilog.  Experience with DSP (FIR filters, digital mixers, etc.) required.   Knowledge of Xilinx FPGA’s and/or ModelSim desired.

Software Quality Test Engineers – Individual will plan and execute tests for IP routing protocols.   Requires the ability to develop and execute automated test scripts in TCL/TK.   Knowledge of CMTS or IP routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, PIM-SM, IS-IS, MPLS, Multicast or MPLS desired.    DOCSIS experience desired.

Software Development Engineers - Proficiency in C programming language and data structures and in-depth knowledge of IP networking (Ethernet and TCP/IP).  Requires experience in real-time programming using Linux or other embedded operating systems, data packet classification, lookup and forwarding.   Experience in systems redundancy or HA (high availability) DOCSIS experience highly desired.    

Tech Support Engineers - Provide initial technical support to customers either by phone or email support.  Must be proficient in IP computer networking, ability to configure and/or replicate customer problems.    Requires excellent communication skills (oral and written), ability to understand and prioritize technical problems, and work with development team to resolve hardware and software issues.   Ability to produce clear documentation of issue and resolutions for web-based ticketing system.   Requires previous Tier-3 support or escalation experience, strong CMTS experience preferred.   Some weekends or evening hours.
